How do I get access?
Create an Operator or Agency workspace directly. Operators begin on Free and can upgrade to Venue or Group; Agency billing belongs to the Agency parent.
Is Foldout really cheaper than Elfsight for restaurants?
Yes. Venue is £9 monthly or £90 yearly for the complete hospitality toolkit. Group is £19 monthly or £190 yearly for up to ten venues. Elfsight lists its 96 Apps Basic pack at $18 monthly or $180 yearly, with a 5,000-view monthly limit per app.
Can I manage multiple venues on one account?
Yes. Group supports up to ten venues run by one operator team. If you manage separate client businesses, scoped roles or white-label delivery, choose Agency rather than forcing clients through one shared login.
How does paid billing work?
Operators start on Free, then choose Venue at £9 monthly or Group at £19. Agency is £29 monthly for up to 25 Operator accounts. Every annual plan costs ten months. Paid checkout runs through Stripe, which will handle tax, invoices, payment methods and cancellation.
Is the menu import assistant included on the Free plan?
Yes, up to five menu imports a calendar month, which is enough to prove the workflow on a real venue. Venue, Group and Agency have no limit. Everything after the import (editing, publishing and reusing the menu) is unlimited on every plan.
Can I put the widgets on more than one website?
Free, Venue and Group accounts declare one website and embed there. Widgets are unlimited on that site, with no view caps. If your venues sit on separate domains, or you build for client businesses, that is what Agency is for.
Do you support agencies and larger groups?
Yes. Agency adds portfolio scoping, roles, bulk operations and white-label presentation, with billing held at the Agency parent rather than pretending each client is one subscription toggle. Create the workspace yourself and invite the client businesses into it.
