What does the free trial include?
The free trial gives you access to all three widgets — opening hours, PDF menu, and enquiry forms — on one venue, with no time limit. We don't ask for a credit card. When you're ready to add a second venue or access advanced features, you move to the paid plan.
Is Foldout really cheaper than Elfsight for restaurants?
For most hospitality use cases, yes. Elfsight charges per widget — if you want opening hours, a menu viewer and a contact form, you're paying for three separate widgets plus platform fees. Foldout bundles all three into one price designed for venues. The total cost is typically lower and the widgets are purpose-built for hospitality.
Can I manage multiple venues on one account?
Yes. Each venue is billed separately at £25/month. You manage all venues from a single Foldout account. Agencies often handle 10, 20 or more venues from one login — see our agencies page for how that works.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel any time. Your widgets continue to work until the end of your billing period. After that, the widgets stop displaying on your website. There are no cancellation fees.
Do you offer discounts for agencies or volume?
Yes, we have agency plans for managing multiple clients. Get in touch and we'll work out pricing that makes sense for your portfolio.
